As a general contractor, we have always faced the challenge of having well-structured construction documentation that is not time-consuming. Especially as a site manager, you should always have a perfect overview of everything on a construction site. We were introduced to Modocu by a subcontractor over two years ago.

I tested several similar products and used some of them for a short time, but Modocu convinced me the most. The main reasons for choosing this software were the flexibility and ease of use of the mobile app and the web application. You can access the app at any time via your cell phone and have a complete overview of all the documentation (photos, documents, etc.) for each individual construction site.

We have been able to save an enormous amount of time in the operational area and the construction documentation runs much faster and better than before, as our employees enjoy using the Modocu app due to its simplicity. The entire project team can monitor the individual construction progress at any time and create reports directly in the app. I can no longer imagine my daily work without Modocu.
