Before we used Modocu, our construction site documentation was sometimes non-existent or very sparse, time-consuming and tedious to use. But we have been using the software for 6 years now and are delighted with it every day. The simplicity of Modocu and the uncomplicated integration into our existing IT system, as well as existing interfaces to well-known ERP systems, convinced me immediately.

Since then, the entire construction site management, planning and documentation of all our construction sites has become faster and more efficient. The software has made especially the following activities easier for us: coordination of subcontractors during finalization work, recording and documentation of existing buildings in the field of facility management, documentation of installations carried out for subsequent changes to plans and support in the simpler processing of complaints.

In the field of building management, Modocu has enabled us to achieve our goals more quickly and easily, and communication channels have been significantly shortened and improved in construction site management. Modocu has enabled us to merge four different systems into one. We will be implementing the software in several other divisions and departments in our company. I can recommend Modocu to any company in the building materials trade, interior design and building technology sector, as it has greatly improved our day-to-day work. The system provides a certain order and structure and promotes professionalism within the company.
