About three years ago, I was shown the software by a client in the construction industry and I knew immediately that I wanted to work with it. Before that, me and my employees were wasting valuable working time every day downloading and searching for photos and other files. Since we started working with Modocu, we have saved a lot of time, kilometers and sometimes even appointments.
We save half a working day per week, which frees up time and allows us to take even better care of our customers and construction sites. We can manage all construction sites together, see exactly which work has been completed, what the current status is on the construction site and can see exactly who has taken which pictures and which employee has documented what.
Each project is created in the Modocu web application at the beginning and all the necessary documents are stored for the employees. This means they can start working independently on the construction site and I don’t have to be everywhere at the beginning. Modocu covers everything we need for a smooth documentation and communication process for our painting and coating work.
Directed work is now fully documented and we can give our clients an update on the progress of the project at any time. All tasks can be documented and our employees don’t have to spend hours sorting and filing photos.
